Ray Torella – Chief Executive Officer and President
Over forty years ago, Ray Torella started working at Tore Electric for his father Carmine and his passion for the company was instantaneous. His love for Tore Electric and the craft continued to expand and inspired him to take ownership of the company as a second-generation leader. Under his tenure, the company has grown from a small, independent contractor to one of the largest electrical firms in northern New Jersey, employing over a hundred field electricians. Ray is proud of the entire Tore Electric family and instills the importance of embracing innovation and change along with strategic growth.

Nicole Lindstrom, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Nicole is an accomplished financial executive who brings more than sixteen years of experience to Tore Electric. Before joining Tore in 2017, Nicole served as Controller for Archive Systems, managing the Accounting Transition to its acquired company, Access. Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from Seton Hall University. Nicole is a member of PWC (Professional Women in Construction), CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association), and AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), as well as Tore’s alternate accredited representative for NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association).

Orlando Blanco – Vice President of Operations
Vice President of Operations, Orlando Blanco, has deep roots at Tore Electric. He is a proud, second-generation employee following his father, who worked with Tore Electric for over thirty years. His career with Tore began early on, interning with the company during his summer breaks. After graduating from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree, he then went on to receive his electrical license in 1990. He worked as a foreman before transitioning to project management. Orlando now has over twenty years of project management experience and has also dedicated more than three decades to the company, working in the field and the office. 

Mike Liccardi – Director of Estimating
Director of Estimating, Mike Liccardi, has worked with Tore Electric for over twenty-three years, most of which has been on the estimating side of the business. Mike attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Sociology. His career in the electrical industry began in New York City, where he worked for general and electrical contractors alike. Mike is a long-standing member of the Tore team and has worked alongside our CEO and President Ray Torella for many years, helping to advance the company to where it is today. He continues to expand on his knowledge and is a valuable asset to the business.
