West Milford High School

7/6/2020 to 11/30/2020

Tore Electric Company, Inc. completed a total BMS conversion from an existing pneumatic system to a Honeywell system; in doing so, Tore installed twenty-five thousand feet of wire for a fully functioning building management system, which controls and monitors the school’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power, fire alarm, and security system.

In addition to the HVAC and BMS implementation, Tore built the entire supervisor and communication network. Tore provided control over sixty classrooms, twelve central heating and ventilating AV units, nine mini-split air conditioning units, and forty exhaust fans. Due to this project’s schedule, Tore worked around the clock to ensure all the project components were implemented and executed in a timely fashion.

“I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the job that Tore and Todd Martin did for AME. The craftsmanship, the quality of work, the professionalism, and the speed from ALL your men were top of the line. Anybody who knows my projects will tell you if I see a 1/8 inch piece of wire stripping in my panels, I get upset. However, I had no issues with your people and even was told by the school personnel that your guys were very good at cleaning up after themselves. This was a good size job, and Todd did an excellent job picking it apart as far as what is what.”
